By using Assistly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Assistly is a field service management platform operated by ReeceAI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide software tools for Australian trade businesses.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Assistly platform, including our website at assistlyapp.com.au and all related applications and services.
To use Assistly you must:
Assistly offers two subscription plans:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, a valid payment method is required to continue using Assistly.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You agree to use Assistly only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You own your data. We store and process it on your behalf to provide the Assistly service. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes beyond operating the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store customer information in Assistly and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws.
The Assistly platform, including its design, code, branding and content, is owned by ReeceAI Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your business during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Assistly.
We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
⚠️ Assistly is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee the platform will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ReeceAI Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Assistly, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Assistly integrates with third-party services including Twilio, Resend, Stripe and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Assistly after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
